Elementary "Idea Swap"
Thursday, February 24, 2022, 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM EDT
Category: T& L Events

Are you in need of some new ideas? Or maybe you found something that works really well for you and want to share?

PSLA is hosting an ELEMENTARY Idea Swap on February 24 at 7 pm. Jenn Roth, an elementary librarian in North Penn School District, will be the host.

Our theme for this swap is Time Savers!  All participants will have the opportunity to share their ideas.  This will be like a #PALibChat only it is on Zoom and not recorded in a public forum.

Register to receive your Zoom link (sent 24 hours prior to the chat):

Here are some preliminary questions that might get your idea juices flowing!

What are your best time-savers?

What do you do to help save time shelving books?

In what ways do you incorporate students in getting the “work” done?

What tech tools do you use to help you save time? Bonus points if they are free!

What tips do you have that save time with classroom management?

How do you save time with collection development? Weeding? Acquisition?

How do you save time with lesson planning?

Literature-based STEAM lessons

We would love to host more of these idea swaps, so stay tuned if you can't make these dates!
