At the PSLA Conference in Hershey, April 28-30, 2011, a postcard campaign was initiated to increase Basic Education Funding inthe state budget as proposed by Gov. Tom Corbett. Cathi Fuhrman and the students of Hempfield High School (Landisville, PA) designed the postcard which may be printed as needed. 3,000 were distributed at the Conference to tell PA legislators about the importance of providing equitable library services and programs for ALL students regardless of zip code and the wealth of their communities.
